I was once told that I am a trailblazer. And I thought to myself how could that be? When I think of the word trailblazer, I instantly think of women such as Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, and Kamala Harris. Well respected women of great power and influence.
Sometimes we struggle to see ourselves as persons of influence and we begin to question our own capabilities. But let me tell you women of impact, women who effect change are not only the women we see on our television screens or read about in the newspaper or on the latest blogs.
Women who effect change are "everyday women" like you and me.
So, what is stopping you from being the next Kamala Harris?
The secret ingredient that women like Oprah, Michelle and Kamala possess is that they chose to believe.
They believed they had a purpose.
They believed they had greater on the inside.
They believed they were called to achieve something bigger.
So, I ask - Do you believe?
Do you believe...
You are fearfully and wonderfully made?
That you are more than a conqueror?
That you can do all things?
That you are the head and not the tail?
That you are God's handiwork created to do good things?
DO YOU BELIEVE?

What you believe your capabilities are will ultimately affect your ability to succeed.
So, I encourage you to - choose to believe!

you are equipped
you have what it takes
you are chosen
you were made for this - this thing, this task, this assignment
Women who effect change choose to believe.
Women who effect change do not sell themselves short. They do not count themselves out.
Women who effect change choose to believe and achieve the unthinkable and you can too!
The woman who can effect change, the woman of impact is YOU!
If you are a woman who desires to have it all. A successful career while maintaining a great relationship with your spouse and family. You can enjoy the journey of marriage, motherhood, and career pursuit. You have the power to produce the results you are looking to achieve in your marriage, family, and career. The first step begins with renewing your mind and adopting a "winning mindset".
Chose to believe because the best is yet to come!

Ask the Lord to renew your mind and help you to see yourself as He created you to be.
Prayer:
Father I thank you for your plans for my life. Help me to embrace the woman you have created me to be. Believing you have equipped me to do extraordinary things. Lord as I choose to live each day purposefully. Everyday taking action to draw me closer to my goals; I ask that you renew my mind help me to know that your plans for me are good. And the manifestation of your goodness in my life begins with me choosing to believe. Amen!
